I regret I won't make it in 2024. I wish you all the best and enjoy the reunion. All of what I posted 5 years ago pretty much still applies (I know, boring). I do regret not getting to know you all better. Next time we get together I'll have to get off my ass and mix it up a bit more. Many thanks to Kay and all the committee for all the work in setting this up. After SMN, I got my degree in history at KU in 1974. I am still here in Colorado since transferring out here with MRI in 1977. I am retired from NREL in Golden after 35 years pretending to be an engineer. Pat retired from Jefferson County Schools the day before me (in 2012). Daughter Mo met her husband in England during a semester abroad and now after living in the Bay Area for 5 years have come back to Denver to see that I stay out of trouble. They work in areas I still struggle to understand. Son Hal is working in Denver after getting his hospitality degree at NAU in Flagstaff. I work for the county during elections processing military and overseas ballots and am on the boards (volunteer positions) at a credit union and a local genealogical society. We enjoy following KU and Gonzaga basketball and Rockies baseball. We are still tent camping, but not so much hiking as before. I still ski and will continue as long as the body is willing. It seems less willing each year. |

Comment: Thanks to everyone working hard to put the reunion together. What a great website. I hate to say that I haven't kept in touch with many classmates over the years so I'm looking forward to catching up. |

Comment: Looking forward to seeing those I did not get to see in June 2009. I lost my husband to cancer during that June and I am building a new life alone. I can't wait to re-connect with more SMN 69 fellow students. The age 60 gives us the right to do some things we never thought we could do....C U There! |
